We use drones which can be used in both built up residential and commercial areas with no minimum distance requirements from buildings, enabling flights to take place just about anywhere.
Flights can either be carried out with permission from the landowner, otherwise we ensure our "Take Off And Landing" is from a nearby publicly accessible place. Landowners don't own the airspace, neither do they get to say who can and can't fly over, despite what they might think or their policies state.
